Non-refundable deposit is required two weeks prior to the scheduled event. This is deducted from your total cost. Deposit paid by Check or Money Orders only. = $50.00

Some of the 'Must Know' legal stuff (Details will be in your agreement)

Cancellation Fee: There will be a cancellation fee of $50.00 for each date cancelled.

Overtime: Overtime is not assumed or guarenteed.

Location: For inside events: we will bring everything we need, including a chair and table. We are able to work in a fairly small amount of space and can fit in most corners with no trouble. For outside, bigger events: the Client will need to provide a flat area (10'x10') ten feet by ten feet in size and will not place the artist(s) near speakers or stages, as they will need to converse/communicate with Guests. Keep in mind that lines may form while Guests wait their turn. Please place artist(s) in a location that can accommodate lines.

Travel Fee: There will be an additional $25.00 travel fee for destinations 50 minutes or more from zip code 66062 or 63017 and every 50 minutes thereafter.

Returned Checks: There will be a $45 fee for returned checks, plus the amount of the check.

Artist(s) is/are unable supervise children. Artist(s) cannot accept responsibility for any child’s behavior. Artist(s) cannot see other children while he/she is painting.
